The President of the breakway region of Somaliland, Abdirahman Mohamed Abdillahi (Irro), has on Wednesday departed Hargeisa for a three-day official visit to the Republic of Djibouti.
This visit follows an official invitation from the President of Djibouti, Ismaïl Omar Guelleh.
President Irro is accompanied by a high-level delegation that includes senior ministers and government officials.
