NAIROBI- Eldas Member of Parliament (MP) Adan Keynan has pledged his support for President William Ruto’s government.
Speaking in Nakuru county on Sunday, February 12, Keynan who is a member of the Jubilee Party stated that he recognises Ruto’s administration and will work with the president moving further.
Keynan said as Jubilee Party group Secretary they consulted within jubilee party and decided to support UDA/Kenya Kwanza government.
“Jubilee Party has made a decision to work with the government of President William Ruto” said Adan Keynan.

Last week Eldas MP Adan Keynan led at least 30 MPs in meeting President William Ruto at State House, Nairobi.
The lawmakers pledged to support Ruto’s administration despite Raila calling on Azimio leaders not to recognise the Kenya Kwanza government.

During the meeting, the president sought the support of the Jubilee MPs in the passage of key legislative bills in the parliament.
He noted that parliament is a critical platform for enacting laws on the government’s agenda.
“We will be seeking your support on Bills and regulations on the Housing Fund, Water Purchasing Agreements, among others,” Ruto said.
Among the Jubilee MPs that attended the Wednesday, February 8, meeting included nominated MPs Sabina Chege, Margaret Kamar, MPs Yusuf Hassan (Kamukunji) and Adan Keynan (Eldas).
