NAIROBI- A middle aged man is in hospital after unknown people stabbed him multiple times on Friday night.

According to eyewitness who spoke to the media, the man was accosted by unknown people who stabbed him 8 times before leaving him for the dead.

The man has been identified as Muhsin M Dahir, brother to Ayaan Dhalad, a lady who was caught on a video assaulting and hammering another woman in Eastleigh area on Tuesday.

The man has been admitted at Al-Amin hospital where is being attended to by doctors.

The assailants escaped from the scene immediately after committing the act.

This comes hot on the heels of a pursuit by security forces for five people including the victim’s sister Ayan in relation to an incident in Eastleigh area on Sunday where a woman was captured clobbering another woman.

The suspect, Ayan who has since gone at large was captured in a two minute video hammering another woman inside a shop leading to calls for investigation by police.

Police said the video was taken by a brother to the perpetrator who is in custody.

Najma Mohamed, the victim who was being assaulted in the video is nursing serious injuries at Nairobi East hospital where doctors treating her say she is out of the woods.
