NAIROBI- Following the conclusion of the fasting of the holy month of Ramadhan, Muslims from across the country converged at various grounds to observe Eid prayers.
In Nairobi Defence Cabinet Secretary Aden Duale joined Muslims faithfuls for Eid prayers at Adams Masjid & Islamic Centre along Ngong Road, Nairobi.
“On the occasion of this Idd-ul-Fitr, I congregated with the ulumaas and other Muslim faithful at the Adams Masjid and Islamic Centre in Nairobi, for prayers and celebrations” said CS Duale.

In Mombasa Former Governor Hassan Ali Joho joined Muslim congregants at Ronald Ngala Grounds for prayers.
“This morning I joined Muslim faithfuls in Commemorating Eid-Ul-Fitr with prayers at the Ronald Ngala Grounds, Mombasa. It is my sincere prayers to the Almighty Allah SWT to accept our fasts and all our Ibada.” Said Joho.

Similar Eid prayers were conducted in three counties of North Eastern, in Mandera Governor Mohamed Adan Khalif was among high dignitaries who joined Muslims for Eid Prayers at Jamia Mosque, Mandera.
“Today, I had the pleasure of attending the Eid Ul Fitr prayer at jamia mosque ground in Mandera town. It is heartwarming to see so many members of the community come together in unity to celebrate this special occasion” said Governor Khalif.
