MANDERA-One person has died and two others injured after a water bowser and a hand cart were involved in a grisly head on collision near miraa market in Mandera town this evening.

Sources says that the driver of the water bowser has fled after the incident.

Police have since arrived at the scene and evacuated the wounded persons to hospitals as investigations into the cause of the accident commence.
