Ambassador Zahra Ali Hassan handed over her credentials on Monday as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Federal Republic of Somalia to the Tanzanian President, Samia Suluhu Hassan, in a ceremony held at the presidential palace in the capital, Dar-es-salaam.
During the ceremony ,ambassador Zahra Hassan passed on the greetings of the president of Somalia Mohamed Abdullahi farmajo stressing her keenness to move forward in strengthening the bonds of partnership and bilateral cooperation between the two countries to achieve progress and prosperity.

It was mid June this year when the president of Somalia Mohamed Abdullahi Farmajo appointed Zahra Ali Hassan as an ambassador of Somalia in Tanzania.
Zahra’s community who reside in Kenya (Degodia) held a party at crowne plaza in Nairobi where they congratulated and encouraged her for being appointed as the ambassador of Somalia in Tanzania.
Zahra was a senior advisor of the ministry of constitutional affairs ( MoCA)of Somalia before she was appointed as an ambassador.
