The tweet by Governor Jamaa was immediately responded by a Twitter user by the name Mr Hashi who blushed the governor of celebrating a C-section procedure in 2023 after 11 years of devolution.
“Celebrating a successful CS section in 2023 after 15 yrs of devolution and billions of Ksh is actually shameful and y’all should be hiding in shame. While other counties are celebrating performing complex surgeries.” Said Mr Hashi

In a quick rejoinder Governor Jamaa responded to Lawyer Ahmednasir Abdullahi that the said facility in Balambala which conducted C-section was established under his leadership in 2013.
Jamaa went further ahead and blamed his immediate colleague governor Ali Bunow leadership for failing on healthcare in garissa County.
