ADDIS ABABA- Somalia President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud, on Saturday attended the tripartite meeting of the countries of Somalia, Italy and Ethiopia in Addis Ababa.
The Summit of Somalia, Italy and Ethiopia discussed cooperation in the fields of security, economy, trade and investment.
The meeting also analyzed the mutual interests between the three governments to ensure important plans for their people.

President Mohamud shared with the Leaders at the conference the fruitful achievements of the people and the Somali government in liberating the country from terrorism, pointing out that the Somali people are committed to making Somalia free from Al Shabaab, which is a tribute to the development and stability of the region.
On their part, the Prime Minister of Italy, Giorgia Meloni, and the Prime Minister of Ethiopia, Mr. Abiy Ahmed, praised the practical achievements of the first phase of the operation to free the country from terrorism, noting the importance of cooperation between the countries of the region with the elimination of terrorism, especially at the frontline of the countries neighboring Somalia.
