CAPETOWN– Advisor of the Somali President in International relations and program coordination Naasir Cige announced that the Somali government will do something about the challenges Somali nationals living in South Africa face.
Naasir Cige who met somali people living in South Africa listened to a raft of grievances they raised to him and reassured them that their challenges are being thought about and that the government will intervene swiftly.
Somali citizens living in South Africa who exuded confidence believe that the Somali government can do something about what they go through in South Africa where they have businesses.
Advisor of the Somali President in International relations and program coordination Naasir Cige who visited some of the businesses somali people have in South Africa lauded the businessmen for their courage and resilience in working in such a hostile environment.
Many Somalis who have gone there for work encounter several challenges including killings, injuries and looting of their property by armed groups who are native of that country.
