MOGADISHU– Somali Minister of Fisheries Ahmed Hassan Adan has on Wednesday opened a consultation meeting between the ministry and Federal Member States fisheries authorities.
The two days workshop which is happening in the capital Mogadishu will focus on the ongoing projects and priority tasks in the fishing sector.

Senior Officials from the ministry and other relevant fisheries authorities drawn from across the country are representing their respective departments and organizations at the meeting.
The meeting will also underline and highlight the importance to develop the sector and establish closer working relationship among the stakeholders
The leaders are expected to release communique once the workshop comes to a close.
