ADDIS ABABA- Prime Minister Hamza Abdi Barre has on Saturday met with Ugandan Vice President Jessica Alupo in the margins of Tana Forum in Bahir Dar, Ethiopia.
The two leaders discussed strengthening relations between the two countries.
PM Barre has been in Addis Ababa since Thursday for the 10th Tana High-Level Forum on Security in Africa, which runs from October 14-16.

The theme of this year’s high-level forum is “Managing Security Threats”.
Barre delivered a speech at the forum which centred on wide aspects.
According to a statement posted on his Twitter handle, the Premier told the delegates gathered at the forum that Africa continent must contend with two significant factors that could huge impact in addressing any threat: connectivity and people.

The ongoing fight and counter terrorism against the Al-qaeda affiliate group -Al-Shabaab across the Horn of Africa Nation also featured prominently in his speech.
More than 300 guests including former heads of states and governments, political experts, representatives of the international organizations and different organizations are participating in the Forum.
