MOGADISHU- Somali Federal Indirect Elections Team (FIET) Muse Guelleh Yusuf has appointed Abdirahman Abdiaziz Adam as the new Secretary General of the Commission.

Abdiaziz Adam takes over from Abdishakur Daud Mohamed who was nominated as a member of the FIET Election Operations Subcommittee.

Parliamentary elections continues across the country amid widespread claims of riggings and malpractices by the stakeholders as the deadline for its completion nears.
