South West State is among the regions hardly hit by the natural calamities like drought and climate change which has compelled thousands of people to dwell in camps following the decimation if their sources of livelihood.
IOM has in recent months beefed up community services in the Horn of Africa Nation where they have particularly successfully rolled out vaccination of people against virulent viruses and also equipping youth with necessary skills like tailoring in the towns of Baidoa and Kismayo.
