MOGADISHU– Somalia’s Minister of Justice and constitutional development Hassan Sheikh Ali has on Tuesday held meeting with the Chinese ambassador to Somalia, Fei Shengchao in Mogadishu.
They discussed a range of issues including ways of strengthening collaboration to improve Somalia’s justice and judicial systems.
In a tweet, the Chinese Envoy said they commended the remarkable judicial exhanges between the two Nations.

They further agreed to bolster exchanges in a bid to enhance rendering of justice in both countries.
The Minister expressed his gratitude to the Ambassador for the continued support from the Chinese government calling for the escalation of the help to the Horn of Africa Nation so as to ensure institutional progress.

Ambassador Fei on his side stressed the importance of cooperation between the two countries highlighting hid government unwavering commitment to further advancing the relationship between the two sides.
Chinese government has been embroiled in supporting Somalia government in multi- faceted arenas primarily institutional and development projects, humanitarian assistance and military aid.
